I just don't seem to see enough Asian fitness competitors probably because I am fairly new to looking for them and their first language may not be English so looking on places like Facebook becomes more hit and miss. So I found this incomplete collection of progress videos from a YouTube user - SpottyDog. It is clear she worked hard for her progress so check out her videos and see what you think.

 




I know I have been doing a lot of videos lately but I know the problem with that is if I don't upload them myself I run the risk of them being deleted eventually so I will be looking for a few more pictures to put in our posts. 5 Favourite ZOMG Ab Shots

So I've been running this blog for a few years now collecting pictures of fabulous female abs from all over the Interwebz often driving myself half nuts because up until recently finding those images was a bit of a nightmare. I have gathered over 500 images and I aim to gather more so keep checking back for updates. So after all that gathering I thought I would highlight the top 5 sets of abs that had me picking my jaw off the ground.So in no particular order let's take a look shall we.

IT HAS FINALLY HAPPENED

We here at SEXY FEMALE ABS have managed to get ourselves an interview with one of our lovely featured models. Keep checking back because in the next few days we should be bringing you the completed interview. Suffice it to say we are very excited about this and we hope you will be too.

In other news I still feel like I have something in my eye. That is of no consequence though because I have a young lady here today that defies explanation. In some ways I am jealous in how much she seems to just go with working out as an enjoyable activity but you can't stay mad at a form as near perfect as hers.

A Friend Returns

You've seen this young soccer player on my blog before but it has certainly been awhile.Anyway as luck would have it she has relaunched her YouTube channel treating us to great videos showing her working on her outstanding physique. I have included a couple of examples which you can check out. You should also definitely go to her YouTube channel itself and ideally subscribe to her channel.
