A: Lexi is super experienced in horse back riding and is currently an equestrian. Rece did cheer and international aerobic gymnastics as well as dance competitions. Vanessa was an amazing cheerleader, because cheer is a sport! 😜 Liz was on a national winning cheer squad and on a swim team as well. I was also on varsity cheer & competitive cheer, I played powder puff football, and I also have my black belt in Tae Kwon. My family back in Detroit are big baseball fans though. My cousin, Josh Lindblom, played for the Dodgers and then got transferred to Philadelphia. :) - Faithy J
4. What sports do you do now for fun if any?
A: Lexi is an equestrian and continues to horseback ride. I currently train in mma, boxing and kick boxing. And usually for fun all of us get together and dance but we do have a charity softball game coming up on September 3rd to "Strike Out Cancer" so that'll be super fun! - Faithy J
5. Who inspires you to go out there and achieve?
A: Other than your typical A-list artists and entertainers we're inspired mostly by each other. Each one of us is extremely talented and brings their own flair and personality to the group. We're constantly supporting and lifting each other up to our fullest potential ---Vanessa
6. Tell us about your workout routine.
A. My fitness "routine" is pretty freeform. In order to stay motivated and consistent in working out, I find myself doing a lot of fitness jobs / gigs (commercial modeling).
The most recent job I did was a commercial for a Pilates studio, and the job prior, I was a yoga student in a movie. So really, there are no days off; I exercise to stay prepared for future jobs, I exercise for the auditions, and then I exercise on the job. No matter the type of exercise it may be, I stay adaptable, by keeping my core strong, with crunch, balance, and plank based exercises. If getting paid to workout isn't motivation, I don't know what is lol. - Rece

We create hype music that can be played at sporting events, games about sports. We team up with our athlete friends who support our group in the NFL, NBA and more. -Liz
9. How do you feel about working out? Is it a chore or something you enjoy?
A: I actually feel incomplete when I go without exercising for a long period of time, so it definitely isn't a chore to me. However, there are times when I genuinely enjoy it, and other times (in my lazy moments) when I dread it, but still CRAVE it. - Rece
