First woman is Anne Louise Freitas apparently the second one is unknown to me found it on a random toned female appreciation site and the last I believe is a YouTube star so you can see her in motion here Anyway just wanted to remind y'all I am in here and trying to keep the dream alive of finding some nice amateur girls with toned abs to get on here and interview just for you my adoring public.

2 MONTHS?

Damn it has been too long so I thought I would send some new girls for people to enjoy. I hope that there are still some people who check out this blog. I have been looking around and all the other female ab related blogs are slowing to a crawl to.

Just bringing the group two finds this time I know it may seem like I am not but I am scouring the net looking for good source but it is not as easy as it seems when we apply our own unique filter to the mix.

I see people are using us to advertise their blogs with no mention of us on their sites. That is just not cool people you could just ask to be linked on a reciprocal basis but spamming is not on. It is not hard to get in touch with us you can just go through the YouTube channel but to make things even easier we are going to set up an e-mail address for anyone who has a suggestion, or link that they may want us to carry.

Enough of that and time to talk about this nice little find, she was hanging out on my favourites on YouTube so I thought I would bring her here, hopefully tomorrow, which in my time is only minutes away will be a time when I can do a lot of transferring between hard drives and even some uploading to improve the site.
