So A Quick Post

This is Katelynn Johnson a former cheerleader and now a sports presenter for an American Network. Definitely worth taking a second and third look at. So check her out and see what you think.

Hey there happy campers

So I thought it was time to bring you some fresh new pics of some impressive bodies, this time with sort of a beach theme.

I don't like to have a post with only two pictures but as they are part of a set I didn't want to dilute them with other pictures.

Remember to check back weekly for updates.

New Year same old Hotties

So I've been doing some searching on the net looking at some sites that maybe I will start linking on my main blog or just ones that I might visit more. In my travels I was lucky enough to come onto some galleries dedicated to girls who like to be toned so I thought I would share some of those pics here and now with you guys.

Please check out theCHIVE the source of these pictures and a great site.

An Update + A Hit To The Community

Before we get to the hotness I just have to let you guys know that we lost an excellent provider of hot ab content. FitFemWorld has seemingly ceased to exist the web address has lapsed and it does not look like it is returning. There were so many great contributors to that site including a few amateur female bodybuilders and athletes. I just hope the rest of the community can step up so we can continue to get our content. Anyway enough of the negative let us move on to some positive.

Here we have Chloe who I think may have been featured on our sister blog but I can't be sure anyway she is more than deserving of a space here so check her out and I think you'll agree. As for your intrepid blogger after this post I am immersing myself into the hunt to get you the hot hard bodies you need.

An impressive site I think you will agree? Anyway I will have to blog you and leave you hope your 2011 is shaping up ok despite all the shootings and floodings and what not.

January a time for.... BABES

So I'm back again but please don't think I will be able to keep posting up content at a rate like this for very long. I saw this a while ago and thought of you guys I was well I was certainly impressed by these pictures. Celebs have some things hard like the things they do to their bodies like firming up for a role or equally getting fatter when a role demands it. It makes you wonder what they look like between jobs well these pictures go some way to letting us common folk know the secrets or the stars.

I'm not a huge fan of Megan Fox though I'm not an idiot I can tell she is an absolute knockout. I hope you guys like these pictures and don't worry I am looking hard to find some amateur girls for you to check out.

A big thanks to Eye Prime High Def Celebs for these pictures you should go check them out. I got a lot of respect for people cranking out that kind of content and keeping it on the free without bombarding us with ads.

YAY FOLLOWERS

I don't think I have mentioned the fact that we actually have followers on this blog but it is certainly something I am proud of. We have three followers! OK not a huge following but the longest journey begins with a single step. So for you followers out there consider this a HUGE THANK YOU, for investing enough time in the reading of this blog to register your interest.

So anyway on to this post and its subject, one young lady I dub simply the Aussie with the Abs. You may know her from Home and Away if you're from the UK or Oz or Blue Streak 2 and Step Up 3D. Yeah I know she is a celebrity but I will discuss that aspect later. What cannot be denied is her body and what she must endure to keep it like that. We all know that some celebs bulk up for roles and then let it slide but she just seems to stay this way. Anyway on to the pictures.

Thanks to IMDB for these pics that just show a hint of Sharni and that amazing body.

I hope you guys like this post as I am thinking of sprinkling in some more celebrities along with the girls I think we all prefer non celebs but variety is good and also helps to keep the blog supplied with content. Anyway I hope the holiday season finds you fine people well I'm sequestered in my place with a metaphorical pile of audiobooks to get through.

And we're back in 3-2-1... GO

Well I hope your holiday times were good and hopefully I find you well. I am sorry that we have been so quiet for the past few weeks. I was not sure where I was going with the blog and recent developments made me wonder if I should just knock this blog on the head and move on to greener pastures. I decided to keep going though as our little niche finding gorgeous hard bodied young women is extremely hard to find on the Internet especially without having to pay for the content.

So enough of me chatting about rubbish onto a couple of videos brought to us by the kind folks at YouTube which is probably the best place to find girls with abs but it can take awhile filtering out the crap.
