Just found this young lady while I was looking through instagram, those suggestions are sometimes quite useful as you will shortly see for yourself. After the pictures I have done my best to hunt down her links but you are going to have to rely on Google translate to make sense of it.

Toned Celebrity Time

Yeah I agree that there has to be a better meme name but I am struggling to come up with one so for now let's go the images. Pretty Little Liars is in the news recently over a photoshoot the show's stars did which was photoshopped you can read the article if you are interested but for the purposes of this post I am using a picture of Troian Bellissario who plays Spencer on the show which isn't photoshopped.

Still looks amazing and those heels though.

Vanessa Hudgens star of Sucker Punch and High School Musical is on a bit of a fitness kick. This was her in 2011 after getting back in shape.
