So this site goes through phases sometimes going with Female Bodybuilders who manage to combine curves and muscles, sometimes to figure models who are all about looking great in bikinis and occasionally we just happen to find cute girls with slim bodies. I think of all of these are examples of sexy abs, true they are not all sixpacks or ripped with definition but they are always a step above the average slim girl you might see down the beach or in the magazines.

I was not sure where I was going with the blog and recent developments made me wonder if I should just knock this blog on the head and move on to greener pastures. Randomly at home on the weekend (far too frequent an occurrence for me) I stumbled across this film, who knew every now and then BBC2 actually put on something worth watching. Also I'll quickly mention that on Five USA Dean Koontz's Frankenstein was on, which was later made into a series of books and Koontz is one of my favourite writers, I digress.

Basically Stick it is a fairly Disney like tale of second chances and gymnastics with the lovely Missy Peregrym whom you may know from the now cancelled Reaper. Well this came out a couple of years before that show and shows her in a new toned light, she is ripped in this movie and looks convincing as a young gymnast with attitude.

I'm not going to talk to you about plot and critique the movie we are ab fans and we get plenty of that in this particular movie. So go out and look it up on play or something definitely worth the £4-5 it will cost.

So hey blog followers this is just a quick update to let you know about what we have planned for the year ahead. First of all we are moving ahead with the interview idea but unfortunately that timing is entirely down to the models involved we have to work around their busy schedules. Other than that we still look hard and far on the net to find you hot young ladies with toned bodies to appreciate.

On another note there is a lot of discussion over what we are all about. For me and the team we have agreed that our girls include those who are toned, those with sixpacks and girls who might just be described as slim. We look for the cuts the ridges the visible ab lines on girls and thats what we like to bring you on our blog. So now you know if that is not what you are looking for you could check out the body builder sites for females or those fitness model sites we tend to like to go for a happy middle between that professional stuff and the amateur girls.
